Armed with degrees in Viticulture and Enology, including a doctoral focus on soil cover cropping, he pioneers innovative solutions to combat climate change's effects on winemaking, and this journey has propelled him to the forefront of Verdicchio production, earning him the esteemed title of Italy's Best Young Winemaker by Slow Wine. With a profound understanding of the land he cultivated since his childhood, Edoardo's organic and biodynamic practices reflect his commitment to environmental harmony. His wines, produced with minimal intervention, eloquently express the terroir of the San Paolo and Cupramontana subzones. His dedication extends beyond the vineyard, as he imparts knowledge to future generations through teaching. As Edoardo plans to expand his winery, transitioning from third-party facilities to in-house production, he remains resolute in his pursuit of quality and sustainability, ensuring a legacy of excellence for generations to come.

Edoardo’s vineyards are located in two different sub-zones of the Castelli di Jesi appellation: Cupramontana, and San Paolo di Jesi. The former is known for juicier, rounder wines with a riper fruit profile, the second is well known for age-worthy, vibrant and more mineral wines.
