Cenatiempo Wine Dinner at A16 SF
Join us at A16 on Thursday, March 12th, for a special evening at A16 San Francisco with Pasquale Cenatiempo and Federica Cenatiempo, the husband and wife team behind Cenatiempo on the island of Ischia.
The Cenatiempo family has been farming vines on Ischia for generations, crafting wines that reflect the island’s volcanic soils, sea breezes, and native grapes (most notably Biancolella).
Pasquale and Federica will be with us in person to share stories of their vineyards, their family history, and what makes Ischia such a special place for wine.
Our kitchen will prepare a one-night-only menu designed to pair beautifully with their wines, creating a relaxed and transportive evening inspired by the flavors of Southern Italy and the Mediterranean.

The amazing Federica Predoni will join us on this special evening while we pour a full lineup of wines from her winery by the bottle, glass, half glass or flight.
Cenatiempo makes some of the most compelling wines of Ischia, the volcanic island just off Naples where vineyards cling to steep terraces above the sea. These are wines that reflect their place, shaped by sea air, volcanic soils, and native grapes like Biancolella, Forastera, and Piedirosso. Founded in 1945 and still family-run by Pasquale Cenatiempo and Federica, the winery works with a patchwork of small island vineyards, letting their natural environment do the heavy lifting.
