Fogliati

Fogliati is a start-up with deep historical roots in Castiglione Falletto: Guido Fogliati purchased the estate in 1950, but after his passing all grape production was destined to other important wineries. In 2016 his grandchildren Annalisa and Guido set out to revive their Family’s tradition and hired the talented winemaker Gian Luca Colombo to craft Nebbiolos of amazing purity and class. Farming is based on organic principles, fermentations are carried over with the native yeasts and only large Slavonian oak botti are used for aging.
